Users may submit publicly available social media accounts, which we monitor over time to classify growth trajectories and lifecycle events based on publicly observable metrics across platforms such as Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube. Submissions are reviewed before appearing on the public dashboard.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit accounts or content for the purpose of harassing, defaming, threatening, or harming any individual;

ViralOrBan is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, or any other platform. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

6. Accuracy and availability

The analytics and classifications provided through the Service are based on publicly observable data and automated processing. They are provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. Intellectual property
